Meet Andy Michels, PT, MS

Andy is the founder and owner of Oak Ridge Physical Therapy. He earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Delaware and later completed a master’s in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training at the University of North Carolina. He brings over three decades of experience. Andy is also certified in Dry Needling. In 2008, Andy opened Oak Ridge Physical Therapy with a vision to create a God-honoring environment where patients receive exceptional, personalized care. Today, that vision has grown into four thriving clinics serving the community. 

Faith and family are central to Andy’s life. He is a proud dad to five children, which includes his two daughter in-laws. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him camping, boating, volunteering at Westover church, enjoying time outdoors or working on car stuff.
